According to the state weather office PAGASA’s most recent bulletin, Tropical Depression Kristine has remained strong and is still moving west.
As of 11 p.m., Kristine has maintained gustiness of up to 70 kph and maximum sustained winds of 55 kph close to the centre. It keeps travelling at 25 kph westward.
The eye of the tropical cyclone was located 480 kilometres east of Catarman, Northern Samar.
